    高职院校的青年教师往往没有师范类专业学习背景,没有掌握系统的教育教学理论知识,没有足够的教育教学经验和行业工作经验.高职院校应当采取实施青年教师教学能力提升计划、开展青年教师教学能力竞赛、开展青年教师听课评课竞赛、实施青年教师下企业实践计划和实施青年教师学历提升计划等举措,系统地提高他们的教学能力.
