Abstract：
大学生艺术团是高校实施艺术教育的主要形式和有效途径,大学校园文化的重要载体,在繁荣校园文化,发挥育人作用中具有多种功能.同时担负着在大学生中普及艺术知识,提高大学生艺术素养,提升大学校园文化质量的责任.本文分析了当前普通高校大学生艺术团的现状和存在的问题,提出了进一步加强和改进普通高校大学生艺术团建设、管理等方面的建议.
