    正随着素质教育和课程改革的深入,学校图书馆(室)怎样为教育教学服务,促进义务教育均衡发展成为亟待探索的问题.中小学图书馆(室)的建设在教育教学及师生的成长过程中发挥着重要的作用,在分析目前中小学图书馆(室)发展存在的问题基础上中小学图书馆(室)建设的对策.
