    Abstract：

    我国教育事业的快速发展使得西藏农牧区初中课程改革也逐渐走上了正轨,但与其他地区相比,西藏农牧区改革成效仍然有待提高.藏区语文学科作为初中系统教学课程的重要组成部分具有一定的独特性,藏语文与汉语文教学并行的形式更有利于学生写作等各项能力的发展,但目前藏区初中语文写作教学过程中仍然存在一些问题,探究提升学生写作能力的有效策略已经成为西藏农牧区初中语文教师工作的重点.
