    大专院校是学生进入职场生涯前的最后一站,在该阶段进行学生管理过程中,教育人员需要对学生进行科学引导,有效提升学生专业素质和综合技能,使其在未来职场生涯中具有更高的优势,本文分别从学生主体地位,诚信教育,两课作用,心理健康教育和管理机制五个方面综合探究学生管理问题,希望能够为其相关人员具体工作提供更为丰富的理论依据.
