    Abstract：

    在小学的数学课程教学过程中,所谓算法的多样化其实主要是为了使小学生在接受数学教育的时候可以逐步培养起自身的数学思维,学会在面对问题时发挥自己的思考能力.而要激发出学生自主思考的能力就必须要在教师的恰当指引和点拨之下来完成,教师应当尊重学生的思考,鼓励学生不断探索和发现,在课程中感悟数学的奥秘.
