    Abstract：

    随着社会经济的发展,社会对专业人才的要求越来越高,受过高质量高等教育的人才供不应求.因此需要我们对旧式课堂进行全面改革,从以前的仅仅是认知,到现在的认知与实践相结合.我们的课堂不能仅仅停留在课本知识上,更需要帮助学生在社会实践中自然而然地运用所学知识.老师应在初中道德与法治课堂中能够实现德育的有效渗透,转变教学方式,从单向灌溉到双向互动,达到认识与实践的有效统一.
