    Abstract：

    在当前教学模式中分层教学比较受到教师和同学们的青睐.分层教学就是在教学的过程中将学生的学习能力和学习水平分层,将学生的能力和其对应的层次相匹配,我们也是结合了孔子的因材施教的道理.在本文中我们主要分析在中职数学课堂中存在的问题,并阐述数学课堂数学分层教学策略,结合自身的教学经验探讨一下如何在中职数学课堂上构建分层教学模式.
