    为了全面提高小学语文教学的质量,教育部认为语文教师的素养必须要得到提高,这样才能适应新课改的要求.提高小学语文教学质量有很多的渠道,但是丰富教师的专业素养是重中之重,因为教师是教学活动的主导部分.本文主要分析了教师专业素养对小学语文教学的作用,以及什么是教师专业素养.
