    在大力发展素质教育的今天,根据新课改的要求提高教师素养是实施素质教育的关键.西藏少数民族地区小学语文教师应具备的知识素养、能力素养、心理素养等方面,正确把握语文教学的特点,进行语文教学科研的重要力量,加快语文教师的素养的培养与正确树立是提高学生语文素养和语文教师自身成长的核心.
