办公室员工是企业的宝贵资源,对于企业核心竞争力有着重大影响.然而当前企业利益与员工利益之间的矛盾较为突出,员工对企业的归属感薄弱,极易出现跳槽行为,导致企业人才流失现象十分严重,企业发展也陷入了困境.基于此,以下对企业办公室员工思想管理实践与探索进行了探讨,以供参考.
