    Abstract：

    在小学阶段,学生的年纪较小,自我调节及自我约束能力都较差,在学习和成长的过程中需要引路者的帮助.尤其是在农村小学中,有许多留守儿童,父母长期不在身边,因此各方面都需要更多的关怀.那么,小学班主任就要肩负起"引路者"这一角色,以下主要围绕鼓励学生自我管理,注重为人师表的模范作用及积极了解学生家庭情况三个方面展开相关的教学研究.
