    Abstract：

    有关初中课堂教育中的不合适之处，我有以下总结：首先教学模式固定死板，以板书讲解为主，在知识授予的过程中，过分注重知识的僵硬记忆，活学活用的成效不佳；其次，教育追求一蹴而就，过分注重教学速度而忽视了教学质量，甚至出现了许多根据应试教育题型背诵答案的现象，扼杀了学生对知识的探求欲，不利于学生接受良好的语文素质教育。
