Abstract：
目前，我国的教学改革力量，不断地壮大，真正与新课程标准进行密切的联系，探索多元化的教学策略，改变学生被动的学习状态，促使学生的学习思维处于动态发展之中。本文全面探究初中英语课堂的开展实际，深入的了解多元化教学策略的运行规律，改变落后的教学模式，能够促使学生的整体化发展，明确教材中的难点和重点，制定科学化的教学方案，鼓励学生进行大胆的质疑，科学化的进行完善，注重与学生之间的深度互动，全面提高学生的学习兴趣，以保障课堂教学的创新发展。
