    大修质保监督，是验证核电厂大修过程中各类检修活动的过程、文件符合规定要求而进行的监督检查工作，笔者所在的核电厂导入卓越绩效管理模式后，大修质保监督检查更加深入、细致和全面，以“现场随机监督+专项检查+事件调查”等多种方式，对大修全过程质量的整体绩效进行监测，促进大修质量管理水平整体提升。
