    我国的经济不断发展，人们的生活水平也在提高，旅游业逐渐繁荣。为了迎合国内日益火爆的旅游需求，越来越多的中职学校开设了旅游服务和管理专业课程，以期为国内的旅游业发展提供更多的专业化和高素质的管理人员。而一旦学生就业，就要面对大量的游客，他们的行为举止会对游客的体验产生一定的影响，因此培养中职旅游服务与管理专业学生的职业素养非常重要。
