增值评价起源于对结果评价(终结性评价)的批判和反思,职业教育引入增值评价有利于避免单一的结果评价模式的弊端,具有重要意义。本文在学生参与理论(studentinvolvementtheory)[1],杜威“教育即经验”理论基础上,将学习活动所蕴含的诸如交流能力、推理能力、团队合作等学习成果作为增值评价指标,将课程学习活动的参与程度用“经验值”作为评价标尺,并在实际课堂教学中进行实践,取得了一定的成效。
