    在新时期新时代的背景下，我国将可持续发展变成当下的核心目标，进一步地坚持人与自然和谐共生理念。为实现水利水电等清洁能源的有效开发，应重视水利水电工程的环保施工与应用，制定明确的施工标准以及对环境保护的相关政策，以此来减少施工中所造成不必要污染。同时加强维护生态的理念，从根本上发挥水利水电工程的环保功效和作用。
