    核心素养背景下，小学语文写作教学需要坚持以生为本的基本原则，围绕学生的需求提供写作资源，灵活组织写作教学活动，启发学生写作思维并教授学生写作方法，以此变被动为主动，循序渐进地提升小学生的写作素养。基于此，本文详细分析了核心素养视角下的语文写作教学措施。
