Abstract：
随着现在阶段教育改革的不断深化，明确指出对高中阶段的数学这门学科有着更高的要求。教师在课堂中不仅要让学生学会知识，而且还应该让学生在生活中利用知识。所谓数学建模，就是在实际应用问题中建立数学模型并对它求解，然后根据结果解决实际应用问题，而数学建模能力在解决数学问题中占有重要地位。基于此，本文将探讨高中数学建模思维和能力的培养的策略。
