    中职学校是培养人才的专业阵地，为社会培养大批量的专业人才。随着当前社会环境出现的变化，对于中职人才的培养和储备也提出了更高的要求，在培养中要重视培养复合型人才，不仅具备丰富的理论知识，同时也需要具备丰富的实践经验。所以在会计专业开展教学工作时要重视教学理念的创新，重视深化教学改革，重视使用创新的教学手段，进行校企合作，实现对学生的有效培养。
