Abstract：
“互联网+”背景下，为了更好促进医院档案管理工作的有效开展，需要医院结合时代发展需求做好档案管理方式改革。医院档案管理方式改革时应建立医院档案电子管理系统，在大数据观念的指导下来进行档案的信息化管理，充分利用互联网技术保障档案信息安全，要完善档案管理制度，加强档案管理队伍建设，从而充分发挥出档案的作用，更好地服务社会大众。
