    Abstract：

    近年来，社会对国际化人才的需求日益增多，国内各高校积极探索开展中外合作办学培养人才的路径，促使中外高校合作培养国际化人才的模式日趋多元化。本文以重庆第二师范学院中英高水平项目为例，通过介绍我校合作办学项目的发展背景，分析项目运行过程中存在的问题并进行总结，为新建本科院校找到国际合作办学项目提供思路，实现应用型人才培养模式。
