    本文介绍了零能耗建筑的概念及在零能耗建筑中外围护结构部件传热系数限值，并从零能耗标准墙体结构构造、零能耗常用屋顶构造形式、零能耗门窗构造形式和遮阳措施三个方面，指出典型的零能耗建筑部件的构造以及常用的节能措施。
