    工程施工技术管理可以有效提高企业市场核心竞争力，促进企业创新发展，规范施工人员作业模式和方法，提升施工队伍整体素质水平。目前发展中，建筑施工技术水平直接关乎着建筑施工整体质量及使用效果，而节能减排技术可以在实践中探索建筑、经济和环境之间的平衡点，进一步推动建筑业快速发展。本文介绍了建筑工程技术管理的积极影响，结合当前建筑工程技术管理及节能减排实施现状，提出了建筑工程技术管理及节能减排效果优化途径，以供参考。
