泡沫金属材料具有轻质、良好的能量吸收性和阻尼性能好等优点,可被应用在车辆的阻尼减震、抗冲击等多个零部件及部位上.本文首先制备了不同孔隙率的泡沫镁材料,然后分别对其做了压缩性能测试和冲击性能测试,结果表明泡沫金属材料的孔隙率越大,其能量吸收性就越好;当泡沫材料受到高速撞击时,可以将巨大的冲力缓冲掉大部分进而使整体免受严重的损害,因而其表现出了可替代传统车辆车门、发动机与机舱间的隔音材料及车头等部位的广阔应用前景.
