    Abstract：

    数字城市即以计算机、多媒体、大规存储等技术为基础,将宽带网络作为枢纽,利用RS、GPS(或GNSS)、三维GIS等技术,对城市进行三维数字化全面描述,是推进城市信息化管理与建设的基础与保障.基础测绘地理信息更为加速数字城市建设进程源源不断地提供数据支撑,从而强化基础测绘地理信息数据在数字城市建设中得到合理有效利用显得十分重要.
