    随着工程建设行业信息化的发展及智慧城市建设要求的提升,数字化竣工交付在工程建设领域的需求日益旺盛,BIM技术的发展为数字化竣工交付提供了良好的解决方案.本文基于杭州余杭良渚新城一小项目,系统论述基于BIM技术的非生产性建设项目数字化竣工交付解决方案.
