    在建筑工程开展的过程中,危机管理意识是一项较为关键的管控环节,建筑项目的管理者务必要对该环节予以足够多的重视.对此,笔者首先将详尽地阐释建筑施工管理中危机管理的定义、危机类别,最后再提出几点建筑施工管理中危机管理意识的运用措施,以此能够向建筑施工管理的工作人员提供有价值的参考信息.
