    随着我国经济水平的不断提升,推动了房地产行业的快速发展,建立了完善的住宅公共基础配套设施.为了给业主创建更好的居住环境,需要逐渐提高城市住宅物业管理的专业化水平,制定完善的规章管理制度,创新管理模式,实际解决在管理过程中存在的问题.本文将从城市住宅物业管理与传统住宅管理进行对比,并根据实际情况制定相应的解决措施.
