    水利工程管理及养护问题研究的好坏,决定了整体水利工程的好坏.水利工程是我国最基础的建设,它的管理好坏的程度决定着国家经济的发展好坏.本文以水利工程防渗漏施工技术分析为研讨对象,以水利、建筑、养护三大主体作为载体,对水利工程管理及养护问题研究等进行了深入的探索和研究,希望同行能有所借鉴.
