Abstract：

在工民建项目中应用绿色施工管理方法,可以在保证施工质量和安全的基础上,避免资源浪费、减少环境污染,促进工民建项目可持续发展.然而,当前工民建项目中的绿色施工管理模式还存在很多的不足,直接影响了整体工程施工质量.本文将对绿色施工管理中存在的问题进行详细探讨,并根据实际情况提出相关的解决建议.
