    在经济水平高速发展的前提下,我国的建筑行业取得了很大程度的发展,建筑行业能源和资源的使用量也日益增多.将节能设计应用到建筑设计中,能够避免资源和能源的浪费,使建筑行业的发展符合我国现阶段的发展战略,从而使我国居民的生活质量能够得到提升.
