哈尔滨地铁2号线人中区间紧邻松花江,地下水与江水连通,地下水位高,受松花江水位影响大,是典型的富水砂层.周边建筑物密集,历史悠久,结构基础设计形式多为筏板基础,且地表管线众多,对沉降影响敏感.土压平衡盾构在富水砂层中施工,普遍存在渣土改良困难、平衡模式难以建立、出渣量不受控、容易产生喷涌、易扰动地层引起地表沉降等一系列问题,施工难度及风险高.
