    在房建EPC总承包模式下,传统的机电工程管理措施亟待革新.基于此,本文分析了EPC总承包模式特点,并提出了房屋建筑项目EPC模式下机电工程管理措施,从强化人资管理、调整采购模式、规范施工管理、优化考评机制等方面进行了探究.
