    随着我国社会经济的快速发展,水利水电工程建设项目也在不断增多.水利建设市场之间的竞争不断加剧,大多数的水利水电工程在施工管理过程中还存在许多方面的问题和不足,导致水利水电工程施工的正常运转和工程质量受到严重影响.必须要积极采取有效的措施进行严格的管理,提高水利水电工程施工管理的总体水平.
