土压平衡盾构机在砂卵石地层掘进时易出现刀具磨损、刀盘卡死等常见故障,在掘进过程中由于砂卵石颗粒流塑性差,土压平衡不宜控制,导致开挖面不稳定,易产生坍塌和滞后沉降等控制难点.针对盾构在砂卵石地层条件下掘进的特点,根据已有的相关施工经验,合理的控制掘进参数,优化渣土改良是可以有效避免以上问题的出现.
