    随着国家经济的快速发展,在十九大的背景下,我国面临新一轮的电网升级改造.电网建设规模扩大,投资水平也相应提高,体现出精细化管理等特征.虽然电网建设水平和质量提高了,但是在电网建设的管理方面仍然存在问题,管理力度有待提升.
