建筑工程施工技术管理是工程建设的核心,是决定工程质量的关键.随着建筑工程市场竞争的愈演愈烈,施工企业为了在市场竞争中能够生存和发展,同时也是为了实现工程项目的总目标,确保良好的工程质量,降低工程成本,就必须对工程项目进行全过程的目标管理以及做好施工技术管理各项工作.
