    我国目前在水资源治理方面依旧存在着较大的问题,在防洪工程建设方面还需要投入较多的人力和物力.虽然我国防洪减灾工作已经有了很长时间的历史,但是目前洪灾局势依然严峻,给我国水文水资源的管理工作提出了巨大的挑战,本文基于中国水资源利用与水环境保护探析展开论述.
