    本文简要分析了监理工作存在的问题:法律体系不健全、监理单位运行不达标、监理工作不负责;并且提出了新时期背景下提升监理工作效能的有效措施:完善相关法律法规、加强监理单位的监管力度、建设监理工作责任心,以此保障监理岗位职能的有效发挥,实现为建筑工程作业提供发展助力.
