    Abstract：

    随着城市化水平的不断提升,大规模的就业人口涌入一二线城市,而城市空间有限,人均居住面积不断缩小,房地产开发商为了降低商品房总价,提高去化率,开始在城市中建设中小户型房屋的建设.只要能把握住经济性、适用性、舒适性和整体性的设计原则,住宅的设计将会在满足使用者的需求基础上,对城市乃至社会经济性和公平性有一定的贡献.
