    Abstract：

    水利水电工程关乎国家的国计民生,关乎社会的稳定和人民生命财产安全,因此工程的施工质量非常重要.水利水电工程的施工质量受到诸多因素的综合影响.本文认为施工过程中要从多方面对其管理控制,如严把原材料质量关,加强隐蔽工程的验收管理,严格施工单位的市场准入制度,建立健全涵盖项目业主、设计、施工、监理、政府等多方共同参与的全过程质量控制体系等.
