    目前水利工程占据的地位不断提高,关系着人们日常生活和生产等的开展.各地区积极开展水利工程建设,使得大批工程建成并且投入使用.若想保证水利工程价值的实现,除了做好建设环节的把控外,还需要做好后期的管理和养护,保证其运行性能.现结合工程管理和养护存在的问题,总结优化和完善的方法,共享给相关人员参考.
