    控规能为城市规划管理建设做方向上的调整,通过具体的规划方法和手段,对城市的发展起到积极作用,从而使城市在发展的过程中不断迸发出积极性和活跃性,加速我国全面建设小康社会的步伐.文章对控规在城市规划管理过程中的困境作出分析,进而提出有效的改进策略.
