    Abstract：

    近年来,科学技术的发展突飞猛进,城市化进程也不断地加快.随着社会的不断进步,城市发展过程中对于燃气能源的需求量不断提高,这也导致传统的燃气管网建设水平无法满足城市生活需要.近年来我国城市燃气建设单位的燃气建设和管网改造工程发展迅猛.由于各种新能源的广泛利用,对于燃气工程的革新也提出了更高的要求.由于城市布局的调整和完善,燃气工程项目建设也需要紧跟城市发展步伐,及时改进管理途径,提高项目建设过程的抗风险能力,从而使我国城市燃气工程项目建设水平得到有效提高.
