Abstract：

从电力网络建设来看,电费抄核收工作如今已经基本实现了自动化操作,同时也实现了成本上的节约,但全自动模式却只存在于我国大部分城市地区中,一些偏远乡村地区则依然使用传统的手工作业模式来进行,这样不仅会花费大量的时间和精力,实际的抄核收结果也无法得到保证,导致无法满足当前电力管理工作的需要.
