    Abstract：

    随着城市规模与居住人口的增加,城市建筑也获得空前发展的机遇,为了建筑事业长足稳定迈进,规避安全事故,实现建筑领域可持续发展的要求,相关企业务必重视建筑的防腐与防火设计.建筑装饰材料的防腐和防火设计对保证建筑的安全使用起着非常重要的作用.尤其是在建筑装饰行业,由于相关材料都属于易燃、污染较高物品,更需要强化环保与防火应用,促进建筑装饰的环保性与使用安全性.
