    Abstract：

    随着国家经济的进步,建筑工程的发展势头也愈发迅猛,BIM技术进入国内建筑市场,让建筑工程各个环节操作都更加便捷.但由于我国BIM技术尚在发展之中,因此有些技能并未完全开发,运用BIM技术的建筑工程主要有奥运会和世博会活动,也为我国BIM技术的发展奠定了基础.本文通过对BIM技术进行简单的介绍,结合BIM技术的优缺点,深入分析BIM技术在建筑设计中的应用,以期为建筑设计的快速发展提供一定的理论基础.
