    近几年,建筑行业发展迅速,施工单位对工程造价控制加以重视.传统的定额计价的模式在市场经济体制下的工程造价管理中表现出劣势,而清单计价模式的应用在其中发挥了越来越多的作用,对于提升项目的综合效益有着重要的促进的作用.
